The Settlement Presentation can take on many forms – video, printed books or a combination of the two. The key component of an effective Settlement Presentation is the appropriate editorializing of the subject. Be it with our “60-Minutes” format or any of our other approaches, we understand what it takes to get the opposing counsel’s attention. Working closely with our client, we know what is best left out for later – for trial – and how much we can bring forth during crucial settlement negotiations. To bolster the impact of this video, we often produce a booklet of key documents or demonstratives.  This booklet typically includes specially produced pieces with high emotional impact for settlement, which may or may not be further edited or developed for trial application.
